FOOD SAFETY POLICY AND OBJECTIVE
OEM4U is committed in providing quality and safe products to our customers through:
- Consistently producing quality and safe products at all stages of production.
- Consistently meeting customer’s requirements in terms of quality, safety and traceability with the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP System
- Consistently reviewing and improving our HACCP System to ensure compliance with HACCP and statutory & regulatory requirements, e.g. Malaysian Food Act and Regulations.

In-line with our Food Safety Policy, we have established the following objective, to be achieved and reviewed within 1 year.

- To ensure 0 customer complaint cases on food safety cases per year.
- To ensure 0 product recall on product per year.
