Producing smaller batches, such as 50kg compared to the standard 100kg MOQ, involves the same time, labor, and production costs. For quantities below MOQ, an additional production setup fee will be applied.
How long is the production cycle?
• If OEM4U handles the procurement of packaging and raw materials:
- Once the deposit is received, material sourcing takes up to 60 days.
- After materials arrive, production and delivery are completed within 7 working days.
• If clients provide their own materials:
- Once all materials are delivered to our factory, production is completed within 7 working days.
- For larger order quantities, delivery timelines will be mutually agreed upon.
What is the payment process for collaboration?
Once the product formulation, packaging, and order quantity are confirmed, the payment process is as follows:
- A 50% deposit is required to begin production.
- After production and quality checks, the remaining balance must be cleared before shipping.

Yes, OEM4U offers professional packaging design services. For first-time clients, a design fee of RM750 applies, which will be included in the total order invoice. Can I provide my own packaging materials for production?
Absolutely! OEM4U allows clients to supply their own packaging materials. In such cases, we only charge for the labor and internal material processing fees.
